A structure with a discernible layout was found on the eastern end of these remains, better preserved due to its location on sloping ground, and in the southwest are storage areas side by side, and in the area in between these two are the remains belonging to uniden-tifiable multi-room complexes. In these remains were found a bronze jewellery box that had survived untouched for a thousand years. It contained two pairs of earrings , three necklace pendants, two bracelets and three rings-most likely the jewellery set of an East Roman woman together with a piece of quartz (rock crystal) and a die of bone. These finds are compared with similar examples of various provenances and museums and are assessed in respect to the find's context and its quality. The finds are presented together with their production and decoration techniques and proposals are made concerning provenance and methods of production. This group of jewellery within a bronze box is of importance representing the fashion in jewellery of the Middle East Roman period.

Cıngırt Kayası was part of the area where the Chalybes, a tribe famous for its ironworking, lived in antiquity. The iron finds have been categorised according to their function, and they have been evaluated in terms of their periodisation, typology and purpose using excavation data and parallel materials. One of the main goals of this paper is, in light of these finds, to contribute to the archaeological analysis of the Eastern Black Sea Region of Turkey, which has been relatively overlooked in archaeological studies.

This study presents bronze finds which are obtained during excavations between the years of 2012–2014, conducted in Cıngırt Kayası, in the Eastern Black Sea region.
Cıngırt Kayası is located in the Yapraklı Village of the town Fatsa, which is in Ordu. First, these finds have been categorised according to their use, such as decorative or medical objects. In light of archaeological data and similar materials, the finds have then been analysed in respect to their form, period and function, and are presented along with their catalogue with plates. In terms of dating the finds, this study also benefits from other groups of finds which are obtained from the same level and indicate an exact date for these objects. By presenting these bronze finds, this study aims to share first scientific conclusions about bronze objects of the Eastern Black Sea Region; it also contributes to the literature on the archaeology of this region known to be rich in metal reserves since early ages.

Abstract
This study presents arrowheads that were obtained during excavations conducted in Cıngırt Kayası, in 2012–2014. Cıngırt Kayası is located in the Yapraklı Village, the town of Fatsa, and City of Ordu iin the Eastern Black Sea region. These arrowheads have been evaluated in respect to their form and characteristics of use, presented along with their catalogue and plate information. Bearing in mind the earliest examples of such materials, this study traces how they spread to Asian, Anatolian, and European geographies and draws some conclusions. Concerning setting an exact period for these materials, other groups of findings, which were found together with the aforementioned materials
during excavations, have been useful. By presenting these arrowheads, made of metal and retrieved from excavations in East Black Sea region, this study aims to display the scientific conclusions about the local archaeology and the place of metal findings in it, in a region that is known to be very rich in iron reserves since early ages.
