Specific Membership Questions:
Journals created for communities are rarely allowed - even if you were previously a member.

Criteria for admission include the creation date of the journal, number of comments, and community membership (among other factors)

Bans are permanent if the mod team says they are. If the ban is temporary you will be informed. Do not ask to have a perma-ban rescinded.
