The authors of these holy books are respected as the Rishis and the Prophets who were indeed great philosophers. These philosophers have enormously contributed to write on many philosophical terms that can help the modern people to change their mindset for a better world for tomorrow. Management is an academic discipline, a social science whose objective is to study social organization and organizational leadership to help an institution to be prosperous. An institution is made by men and for men. The whole administration team works in collaboration to serve their clients and to give them total satisfaction. Good management is to help the institution to stay alive where both employees and clients are treated well and they are all happy to work in such environment. Various management gurus have referred the teachings of The Gita, the Quran and the Bible to apply in good management.

Since we can all notice that despite living in very advanced technological world, there has been ... more Since we can all notice that despite living in very advanced technological world, there has been a rise of crime and violence around the world. The degree of insecurity has been raised. The various social evils dominated at school, at home, at work, in society and all around the world are committed not only by ignorant people but even by educated beings and even religious representatives. Many good models have been developed by many concerned people to eradicate these evil practices but the various articles, images and information that the media projects to us on the committed offences reveal us that to build a harmonious world with genuine people is essential. Whether it is imaginary or possible this research will fill that emptiness. Believing that education is the best root to be watered, philosophical teachings must be introduced to all level of students. Since Mauritius is a country of multi-racial faiths chapters from both Western and Eastern philosophies will be churned to add in the educational curriculum of all level of students to avoid a bias research. This study will make use of the descriptive correlation method of research to answer the following questions. a) Can the study of philosophy help everyone to perform his/her work well? b) Can the study of philosophy guarantee success for all?
