Bir maliyet kontrolü ve kar planlaması tekniği olarak hedef maliyetleme, işletmelerin ürünlerini makul bir fiyatla, müşterilerin is tediği şekilde dizayn etmelerine ve mümkün olan en kısa zamanda pa zara sunmalarına olanak tanımaktadır. Aynı zamanda h edef maliyetleme, işletmelerin yatırımlarından, ürünlerinin yaşam döngüsü süresi içinde, kabul edilebilir bir getiri elde etmelerine de yardımcı olmaktadır. Our dependence on these technologies has been continuously and rapidly increasing. Computers and Internet use also has become a necessity for instructional purposes in academic environments. Although the widespread use of computers and Internet has many benefits for almost everyone, it has also increased the use of these technologies for illegal purposes or unethical activities such as piracy and privacy invasion. This paper explores the effects of ethical climate and ethical leadership behaviour on employees&... more This paper explores the effects of ethical climate and ethical leadership behaviour on employees' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour. Using a sample of 213 employees from the private universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH), the support was found for hypothesized model. This study demonstrates that ethical climate and education level of employees were positively related to their job satisfaction, ethical climate and ethical leadership were positively related to organizational commitment, but educational level of employees was negatively related to their commitment to organization and job satisfaction and organizational commitment were positively related to organizational citizenship behaviour. Theoretical and practical implications of these results were discussed in BIH context.

Research data were obtained by surveying the undergraduate students of the Department of Business Administration at a public university in Turkey. Independent samples t-test was used for comparisons between male and female students' attitudes. It is found that female students find software piracy less acceptable than male students. The study finding is consistent with previous studies that reported female student participants are significantly more ethical than male student participants in terms of software piracy.

For this reason, a survey was conducted among five different banks’ branch managers and employees, in Bilecik. The questionnaire results showed that the stress levels of the managers and employees are at optimum levels, in terms of health and productivity; physical stressors is little more influential than other stressors and to deal with stress, managers and employees are using problem-oriented strategy.

Students’ perceptions are analyzed in terms of the individual characteristics of the students. Results indicate gender, age, class, income, academic major, and job experience influence ethical perceptions of the students.
In this study, we have analyzed the relationship between sexual harassment and the ethical climat... more In this study, we have analyzed the relationship between sexual harassment and the ethical climate in healthcare settings. From two Turkish hospitals, 215 nurses have participated in this survey. Findings of this research show that about thirty-five percent of the nurses are victim of sexual harassment. Harassers are both from the inside of the hospitals (like supervisors and co-workers) and outside of the hospitals (like patients and relatives of the patients). Analyses show that low caring ethical climate and high instrumental ethical climate seem to have some negative impacts on sexual harassment behaviors. Consequently, it is necessary and beneficial that management of these hospitals should support caring and respectful relationships among the stakeholders and take the necessary measurements to stop the harmful consequences.

Two dimensions of religiosity – intrinsic an extrinsic- were studied. We mainly tested one hypothesis: whether ethical attitudes are affected by religiosity. However, we also explored the relationship between ethical attitudes, intrinsic and extrinsic religiosity and various demographic measures of the participants.In our study, we surveyed 510 managers and white-collar workers from 6 different organizations in Turkey. Our survey instruments have three parts. First part included 24-vignette ethics scale of Barnett and Brown (1994). Second part included 14-item religiosity scale of Allport and Ross (1967). Third part contained various demographic measures. Findings of the study show that intrinsic religiosity is partly and negatively correlated with ethical attitudes and extrinsic religiosity is positively related to the ethical attitudes. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the joint effects of employees' moral values and ... more The purpose of this paper is to investigate the joint effects of employees' moral values and job involvement on their organizational commitment. Data were collected via a questionnaire survey of private educational institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and a total of 100 valid responses were received. It was found that although both moral values and job involvement could enhance organizational commitment, once the effects of job involvement are accounted for, the direct effects of moral values on organizational commitment diminish to almost non-existent. This result provides strong evidence that the influence of employees’ moral values on organizational commitment is mediated by job involvement.
