Az összeállítás az ökológiai gazdálkodás mellett szóló érveket felsorakoztatva mutatja be, hogy ez a termesztési mód milyen sokféle előnyt nyújt a társadalom számára. A fogyasztók részéről joggal mutatkozik rá egyre erősebb igény, és a szakmapolitika is megalapozottan támogatja.

Summary translation

A felsorakoztatott érveket egyrészt kutatási eredmények támasztják alá – számos közülük a svájci Forschungsinstitut für biologischen Landbautól (FiBL) származik –, másrészt a vonatkozó rendeletek és előírások adnak alapot nekik.
This edition presents the arguments of organic farming to demonstrate the wide range of advantages for the society. The customer need is growing in this field and the policy environment is also supporting the organic activities.
The mentioned arguments are confirmed by the results of researches – lots of them are from the Swiss Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL) – on one hand, on the other hand the related decrees and regulations provide the basis for them.
