Un allongement de la durée de vie productive des vaches laitières offre des avantages sur les plans économique, écologique et éthique, et est aussi favorisé par des paiements directs depuis début 2024. Un projet sur la durée de vie productive a été lancé il y a trois ans. Il a pour objectif de formuler des mesures concrètes afin d’améliorer la longévité des vaches.
