Welcome to originals!

This community was conceived as a forum for fanfiction writers (or any writers at all) to present their original work to each other for encouragement, criticism and discussion. With that in mind, here are a few guidelines:

This community is for the posting of original fiction and non-fiction only. No fanfiction, please. Unfinished works are welcome.

If your posted work is longer than 100 words, please make use of the LJ cut.

Headers and information placed before the cut might include the title of your work, its status as finished or unfinished, what type of feedback you are looking for and any appropriate warnings for content.

This community is a work in progress. We hope to create a nurturing environment for all writers who are brave enough to be here. Snobbery is strongly discouraged. Problems will be addressed as they arise.
