X-sensor provides three functionalities:(a) a sensor network search which enables users to find a sensor networks appropriate for experiment and data acquisition,(b) a sensor data archive which provides users with various sensor data acquired by sensor nodes, and (c) an experimental testbed which enables remote users to evaluate their network and data management protocols.

Because browsing through TV news articles is time consuming, we propose three modes of presentation which differ in the length of presentation time, ie, the digest mode, the relaxed mode, and the normal mode. To compose these three modes of presentation, TV news articles are decomposed, analyzed, and stored in the database scene by scene.

In this paper, we mention the problems of resource provisioning, password/passphrase management, issuance of grid certificate and grid operations in user management, and a solution is discussed.

The base concept of the scheme is to distinguish packets re-marked to out-of-profile at the domain boundaries from those already marked as out-ofprofile at the time of entering the network, and to give chances to the re-marked packet to recover back to in-of-profile that can enjoy its rightful QoS within the networks.

In order to manage edit operations, the paper defines application condition of the procedure for contents as a rule, and proposes a new dynamic evaluation method on the contents provision. A new restriction definition Language'AMF'described based on the RDF meta-data model.

In such a model, a range of propagation may extend if the advertisements are composed not only in the original contents, but also in the derived contents. Moreover, for efficient propagation, it is desirable that intentions of the people who related to the propagation are reflected to the composition. These intentions are profile of a viewer, the usage restriction of the contents, etc.

In this situation, a single user may utilize contents on the Internet from many places. We proposed a model of making services continuous and transparent inside ASP. The proposed model consists of three agents, which act as a user, an application and an ASP. Then we illustrated the usability of our proposed method by implementing the application service of baseball game.(author abst.)

The conventional telephone system sets up connections switch by switch, while IP packets, so called IP datagrams, in the Internet are forwarded router by router. Much more coordina-tion among switches or routers will be required to achieve sophisticated telephone services or QoS control in the Internet; some mechanism of signalling among routers can be introduced even in the Internet.

A simplified upper incisor-palate geometry is derived from typical morphological features. The geometry is inserted in a rectangular channel for which the width-to-height ratio yields 4. The obstruction degree due to the presence of the simplified upper incisor yields 70%. Numerical flow data are obtained from large eddy simulations.

This paper describes the problems facing the next-generation Internet from this viewpoint and outlines the security, QoS and multicast.

However, existing systems are designed to support communications only within the same department. Therefore, in our research, we propose an in-house communication support system which is based on the``Information Propagation Model (IPM).''The IPM is proposed to realize word-of-mouth communication in a social network, and to support information-sharing on the network.
