Nominations for Round Three of the paire_awards are now open!
Please spend a few minutes to read the rules & guidelines and the list of nominees (to be updated) before you make your nominations. We will be updating the nominees list daily, so please watch or friend us to keep track of the changes!
Remember, our nomination system is pretty much first come, first served, so get in early to make sure your favourite fics and authors are nominated!
We've added a new category this year: the Less Is More Award - Most Outstanding Drabble. Eligibility guidelines are on our profile page.
We will be taking nominations from now through 15 February 2009, with voting opening on 16 February 2009.
We hope you'll enjoy nominating the wonderful authors in the Paire community. And remember to have fun!

Paire Awards: Back from hiatus for Round Three!

The Perfect Paire Fanfic Awards are back for Round Three!
We're excited to announce that we'll begin taking nominations for the paire_awards on 15 January 2009. This year's full timetable is:
Nominations: 15 January 2009 to 15 February 2009
Voting: 16 February 2009 to 17 March 2009
Winners announced: 24 March 2009.
As well as our existing categories, there is one new category being added this year - The Less Is More Award (Most Outstanding Drabble).
Full details of all the categories, dates and rules can be found on our profile page. Please take some time to read the guidelines before nominating any fics or authors. It'll help the nomination process go as smoothly as it did last round.
Please pimp to all and sundry. We'll post again when nominations begin.
We hope everyone has fun with this - and start thinking about which awesome Paire fics or authors you want to nominate this year!

In fact, we had a 47% increase in the number of votes for Round Two compared to Round One, which is a phenomenal result.
Winners will be announced on March 25.
