Canvassing Park Place? As I said in this post in  mountain_view, I'm helping canvas against most of the ballot measures in the Nov. 8 special election.My canvassing area includes the Park Place apartments. If anybody who lives there wants to help out, and knows the Park Place policy on this sort of things, please contact me! Some places say residents can't do any proselytizing, and say "No soliciting" at all, and if so, I'm definitely going to respect that. I wouldn't try to sneak in, but if someone is allowed to let me in, and help me find the targeted apartments, I would appreciate it. (Otherwise, we'll do phone-banking to reach them.)Thanks! anybody know what's up with the ethernet jacks? here in park place (north), we seem to have a panel with ethernet (RJ-45) jacks in the living room and another in the middle bedroom. we don't have a complex-wide network, so what do they do? are they just a way for residents to avoid drilling holes? or are they there in case PP ever decides to install a network? i'm gonna poke around mine to see if i can tell, but if someone else knows, please enlighten me :) Current Mood: nerdy (6 Comments |Comment on this) |

I'm rather impressed that this community exists. :) Found it by accident while searching for MV communities. You may have seen my post on the main one already.So! Would any of you recommend Park Place? What are the pros and cons of living there? I keep seeing it pop up on my apartment hunt.
