This man was a refugee living a high school. He was quite traumatized. I do not recall the details of his ethnicity or who did what to him and his family. I know only that there is a whole country full of people just like him. In a way, the breakup of Yugoslavia created a whole new "narodnost," (nationality): the unspeakably traumatized.
