Sep. 8th, 2004 @ 04:39 pm (no subject)Current Mood:  depressed (Magically) being arrested and being held against my will, a lower Shin-Ra court granted me a pardon stating that the premesis for arrest is faulty under Directives of the 26th, 27th, and 28th. I am here to announce that I resign my post as head of the Peace Preservation Department. All miliary materials thereof, are under orders for self-defortifacation and and armament. Aug. 30th, 2004 @ 03:46 pm Announcement as of 1600 hoursCurrent Mood:  worried It is important to announce to the General public that during last couple of hours, I have been in the war room with my staff. Apparently, there has been a severe uprising in the tourist-city Wutai. Apparently they don't approve of the new policies we've been enacting to ensure their security. Unfortunately, the units within the city have been severely weakened and the static-material to launch a counter-offensive simply doesn't exist. As of, we've declared the city a Fortress and have pulled back any units present within until any counter-offensive can be staged. Fresh divisions from locations here in Midgar and from Junon are being transported over as we speak, and we hope to launch an offensive to regain control of the Fortress by tommorow. We highly recommend to all tourists to cancel their trips to this island for their own safety. Please keep in mind that we have retreated for strategic reasons ONLY, and that we have the entire situation under FULL control. Thank you. Until he decides that his work would be MUCH appreciated, I will be enacting the Forced-Labor protocol of the 30th. | Aug. 29th, 2004 @ 04:36 pm (no subject)A dispatch is being sent to place the now recuperating President Rufus under arrest, this should be done by 1700 hours. Reconstruction of the 1st Mako Reactor should begin shortly, Reeve is invited to take over this reconstruction project. Martial law is still in effect, though this is designated to be lifted shortly. The transportation systems should resume normal usage today, people are encouraged to resume as close as they can their normal lives. A memorial for the victoms of the attack will be held within the coming days.
