When I first made the Keto Everything Bagel recipe for my site, I had no idea how bananas that post was about to go. From the very moment I hit publish, it has been one of the most trafficked posts on my site. Because apparently, people really love a good low carb bagel recipe.

From there, the possibilities just seemed endless. I have used them to make these bagel breakfast sandwiches, bagel French dip, bagel philly cheesesteak, you name it. The sky is the limit with this keto bagel recipe.

How do you make keto bagels?

Keto bagel recipes are actually incredibly easy to make. They are made from a variation of the famous fathead dough. They are basically just fathead bagels. It's all about playing with different ratios and seeing what works to provide the closest texture to the food you are trying to create. The basic fathead dough recipe can be used to make so many different things. Some of my favorites are these Hot Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups, Beef and Chorizo Keto Empanadas and Keto Soft Pretzels.

These keto bagel breakfast sandwiches really are everything!

You see what I did there? Everything? But, if you are not a fan of Everything Bagel Seasoning, you can always omit it altogether or put any of your favorite seasonings on top. Some of my other favorite combinations are onion and garlic, plain sesame seed, or really jazzing things up and transforming these into Keto Pizza Bagels. Go nuts! Take this basic almond flour bagel recipe and turn it into your own masterpiece.

For this particular recipe, we decided to go the breakfast route and pile it high with Keto Bacon Jam, fresh avocado, tomato, a perfectly yolky egg, greens and bacon. But you can mix and match any breakfast ingredients you like. Another amazing variation is sausage, white cheddar, avocado, and greens with some Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Aioli.

  1. Slices the bagels in half and toast if desired.
  2. Top the bottom halves of each bagel with greens, bacon, avocado, tomato, egg, and bacon jam.
  3. Top each one with the the other halves of the bagels.
