Penn Park Properties offers top-of-the-line apartments for Pennsylvania College of Technology students seeking off-campus housing conveniently located close to campus.
All properties are within walking distance of Penn College
In addition to the beautifully renovated homes throughout Williamsport’s Millionaires Row National Historic District, the vibrant neighborhood surrounding the college offers convenient access to a variety of local restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and the Penn College Police Department.
We believe being on the PCT off Campus Housing List to be a privilege. These select properties on the off campus housing website must obtain an annual “College Letter” as proof of inspection of every apartment by the Williamsport Bureau of Codes to meet safety requirements. PCT monitors each landlord for student complaints and inappropriate behaviors, sometimes resulting expulsion from the list.

We have regular operating hours and an office next to campus, making us easily reachable whether it’s to respond to a maintenance request, take delivery of a package, or simply answer a question. Decisions are made locally and promptly.
What makes us unique is our commitment to renovate buildings in the Millionaires Row National Historic District. All of our properties are located within that Historic District. Most were constructed in the late 1800s and are important to Williamsport’s lumber era heritage.
In keeping with that sense of history, many apartments retain architecturally interesting features including exposed beams and original walls & moldings. Over the years, we have renovated every apartment in some capacity, and we enjoy sharing these distinct rentals with our tenants.
