The LaBrant family is facing backlash for a recent dancing video.
In the since-deleted clip — which was posted to both Instagram and TikTok — Cole, 28, and his 11-year-old daughter Everleigh performed a choreographed number to Sean "Diddy" Combs and Faith Evans' 1997 single "I'll Be Missing You."
While it's previously been a TikTok trend to make dancing videos set to the song, viewers criticized the stepfather-daughter duo for using the music days after Combs was arrested in New York City on Sept. 16 and then indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Several TikTok users shared videos stitched with the LaBrant's original post, questioning their use of the song and pointing out the inappropriate timing. A representative for the LaBrant family did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.
Everleigh and Cole frequently pair up to star in video content for their various social media platforms, including YouTube, where The LaBrant Fam channel boasts 12.9 million subscribers. They also have a YouTube channel dedicated solely to Everleigh, which has 3.95 million subscribers.
Cole's wife, Savannah LaBrant, welcomed Everleigh in a previous relationship with the late Tommy Smith, who died at age 29 in September 2022 due to an accidental overdose involving acute fentanyl intoxication.

Cole and Savannah, 31, share four more kids together: daughters Posie, 5, and Sunday, 2, and sons Zealand, 4, and Beckham, 4 months. The parents announced their fifth child's arrival with a joint Instagram post featuring the whole family in the hospital after Beckham was born in May.
"Surprised we all fit on this hospital bed. 🫠 LaBrant Fam, party of 7🥳 Meet the tiniest member of the fam, Beckham Blue LaBrant💙 We love you big Blue boy!" Savannah captioned the group photo.
