Awkwafina (née Nora Lum) is an American rapper, actress and comedian. She first gained recognition in 2012 when her song "My Vag" went viral on YouTube. Since then, she has released two albums, 2014's Yellow Ranger and 2018's In Fina We Trust. Her most notable films include Ocean's Eight (2018), Crazy Rich Asians (2018), Jumanji: The Next Level (2019), Raya and the Last Dragon (2021) and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021). She is also the co-creator, writer and star of Comedy Central's Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens. In 2020, she became the first Asian-American woman to win a Golden Globe for best actress for her performance in 2019's The Farewell.
