During the post game of Twitchplayspokemon's X run we wonder traded are pokemon a lot, if you've hured of any 1 pokemon from that wonder trading it's probobly Rotten Burrito, but we also got a Lv. 100 Shiny Umbreon named Neon traded into out party... 2se! (we traded Neon away and a little wile later he was traded back to us), Neon became a mainstay of our party for a wile until he was traded away for the 2ed time. Recently I went out of my way to fish out Neon's stats www.reddit.com/r/twitchplayspo… so that he could get some lore (cos he deserves some) and what was conjured was that he's a very Zen pokemon who likes moonlight strolls, so I tryed to make him look that way in this emote, and I tried to make the style simaler to the new Rotten Burrito emote that recently replaced the 1 I made on the sub.

EDIT: In light of recent events on reddit I have decided to update the ZIP file to add 4 new versions emote (PNG format), 3 of witch are based on the Neon design used in Redditer /u/Kelcyus Twitch Pokedex entry for Neon, I had to make a new WIP file to make these 3 versions so that new WIP file (PDN format) has also been added to the ZIP, the origanol Emote and WIP file are still in the updated ZIP.
