Objective: AirbnB's explosive growth has stunned many market professionals including hotel manage... more Objective: AirbnB's explosive growth has stunned many market professionals including hotel managers who have largely ignored this new competitor. This study aims to investigate the impact of AirbnB in the hotel industry in Jordan. Method: To achieve the aim of this study, the descriptive approach based on the analysis of primary and secondary sources was relied upon. The study population consisted of 18 hotel employees spread in the north, center and south. To collect data, the researcher developed and distributed (220) electronic questionnaires, of which 200 valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis, with the (SPSS) program. Results: Based on data analysis The results of the study showed that the Airbnb platform is considered to have a greater impact on the market share in the future, due to the availability of a lower price, and it is possible in the future that its spread will be greater at the level of developing countries such as Jordan. Conclusions: Accordingly, the study recommends to the stakeholders in the field of tourism and hotels the need for the hotel industry to take into account the continuous improvement and development of the services it provides to tourists and guests in terms of quality, delivery and price.

The execution of artificial intelligence is no longer discretionaryfor financial institutions and now it is considered an essential tool to meet customer expectations.
Although artificial intelligence enabled digital banking is faster efficient and effective howeveruser acceptance of digital banking driven by artificial intelligence is in its initial stages. Therefore,current study develops and integrated research framework with expectation confirmation model and examines digital banking user satisfaction and acceptance of AI enabled digital banking. Data were collected from digital banking user through structured questionnaire. Overall, 320 respondents
were approached and requested to participate in digital banking survey. In return 251 valid responses were received and analyzed with structural equation modeling. Findings of the structural model indicate that satisfaction is jointly determined by expectation confirmation, perceived performance, trendiness, visual attractiveness, problem solving, customization, communication quality and revealed substantial variance R^2 51.1% in digital banking user satisfaction. Therefore, satisfaction and corporate reputation have shown considerable variance R^2 48.3 in user acceptance of AI enabled digital banking. Moreover, the research framework has revealed substantial predictive power Q^2 0.449 to predict digital banking user satisfaction and Q^2 0.493 user acceptance of artificial intelligence enabled digital banking. Concerning with hypotheses relationships exogenous factors have shown positive and significant impact user satisfaction except trendiness and customization. Practically, this research has suggested that policy makers should pay attention in improving user expectation confirmation, perceived performance,
visual attractiveness, communication quality and corporate reputation which in turn enhance satisfaction and boost digital banking user’s confidence to accept artificial intelligence enabled digital banking. This study is original as it integrates expectation confirmation model

Findings-Statistical results demonstrates that collectively factors underpinned protection motivation theory, TTF and DOI have shown large variance R 2 65.7% in adoption of e-wallet. The effect size f 2 analysis has revealed that compatibility is one of the most influential factors in determining individual behavior to adopt e-wallet. Similarly, Geisser and Stone Q 2 analysis has disclosed substantial predictive power to predict adoption and use of e-wallet service. Practical implications-Theoretically, this study integrates protection motivation theory, DOI theory and TTF model toward adoption of e-wallet service and hence contributes to information system literature. To practice this, research has suggested that factors such as pandemic risk, perceived severity and compatibility are most influential factors and hence need policy makers' attention to boost e-wallet adoption. Originality/value-This study is original as the study develops an integrative research model to investigate e-banking user behavior to adopt of e-wallet service. Moreover, pandemic risk is tested as moderating factor between adoption and use of e-wallet which, in turn, enhance the value of this study and directs how to deal with existing and future pandemic crisis.

Theoretical framework: With the development of modern means of communication and technologies that have proven effective and efficient, the online shopping system has evolved to be an important resource in the field of electronic commerce. Therefore, in recent times, the issue of customer response has become a sensitive issue for companies, especially in light of the intense competition in the business environment. Design/methodology/approach: The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the administrative survey was designed to access the data. The study population consisted of (10) major electronic sales outlets located in the city of Irbid, and a random sample of a total of (400) respondents was used. To analyze the data, this study used modern systems, which is the statistical program (SPSS). Findings: The results of the study indicate the positive impact of electronic sales channels on customer response. Research, Practical & Social implications: The study recommended the need, and most importantly, to recommend the adoption of a diversity strategy in e-mail so that companies can access more widespread applications, which increases the interest of the customer and thus is reflected in his purchase decision. Originality/value: Despite the scientific contribution that was evident in this study, we still need more future studies related to electronic sales channels about customer response in other dimensions such as purchasing decisions, sales and marketing performance, customer trust, and customer intention in different commercial and marketing environments.

Theoretical framework: Worldwide public sector companies were facing numerous operational difficulties as a result of the Corona pandemic. Among the most important steps implemented to prevent viral spread are lockdowns and social seclusion. However, strategic management and leadership can support overcoming existing difficulties. Design/methodology/approach: Using an acceptable sample technique, the researchers chose the respondents from among human resource staffers working for public sector organizations. Additionally, regression analysis supported the suggested association between the study variables. Findings: The findings showed a significant positive association between transformative leadership and employees' happiness with their jobs in human resources. Research, Practical & Social implications: It has been discovered that, despite the COVID-19 epidemic, transformational leaders support their teams' productivity, which raises commitment to the organization and employee job satisfaction. Originality/value: Regarding the function of transformative leaders, participants also expressed satisfaction and confidence. The researchers advised undertaking additional research to emphasize the importance of leadership in strategically implementing administrative procedures amid global crises at all levels.

The qualitative research design was used to achieve the objectives. Theoretical framework: Outsourcing model is one of the key business trends experienced in the contemporary business sector. Outsourcing is an organizational operational approach in which a corporation hires a third party to perform planned or ongoing obligations. Whatever the case may be, it entails the transfer of people and assets from one business to another. The approach is concerned with establishing answers to the whys and how's of the research question. Design/methodology/approach: Secondary data was entirely used to assess the research questions. Articles were obtained from the selected databases comprising Google Scholar, Science Direct, Scribed, Scopus, JSTOR, and DOAJ using the keywords. The PRISMA framework was used to appraise the articles and only 13 met the critical. Data was synthesized and analysed using the thematic approach. Findings: Outsourcing models have contributed significantly in enhancing the efficiency of the supply chain. Additionally, SME's have portrayed improved performance after adopting the outsourcing models. This is closely associated and reflected by complimenting resources and capabilities, access to better and qualified personnel, high quality products and services, competitive prices and cost reduction. Research, Practical & Social implications: The incorporation of outsourcing models in hospitality industry is a mandatory exercise in the contemporary business sector Nevertheless, the strategy is instrumental in enhancing supply chain efficiency and improving the entire performance. These components contribute to adopting new trends and dealing effectively with the challenges by introducing, designing, and practically implementing the organizational strategies to improve productivity. This study also highlighted the role of leadership, governance, and management in accelerating organizational productivity. The researcher also proposed a potential mediation of organizational strategies in improving productivity. To empirically investigate the proposed relationship between study variables, the researcher gathered data from n = 230 individuals currently working in the UAE-based private telecom companies. Findings indicated that leadership, governance, and management are significantly playing their role to improve productivity. However, results also showed a mediating role of Organizational Strategies as indirectly affecting the relationship between leadership, governance, management, and improved productivity and strengthening these relationships at maximum level. Thus, the researcher concludes that governance, management, and leadership are the regulating agents of an organization. Here, the role of strategies is of greater significance as they help an organization accelerate its growth, serve the interests of organizational members, reduce the risks, increase productivity, and help an organization to achieve competitive advantages.

However, confronting these challenges was easy due to the availability of Information Communication Technology. ICT penetration and usage are largely facilitated especially, in the educational arenas are attaining several benefactions. In the current research, the researcher focused on the Microsoft Team application and the extent to which students accept the e-learning process through it. To achieve the research objectives, the experimental method was adopted by designing an electronic questionnaire distributed among n= 250 students from the College of Languages, University of Jordan. The researcher further executed Structural Equation Modelling for the data analysis and assessing the study model. The results revealed that usability, perceived ease of use, and usefulness, all are major factors that motivate students to use Microsoft Teams Application. As they widely depend on the Microsoft Teams application, it also helps them to continue their educational activities through digital means.

Customer care and satisfaction are on-demand and sought by any business, especially in increasing... more Customer care and satisfaction are on-demand and sought by any business, especially in increasing online activities and interactions, and purchases. Providing such services simultaneously is a crucial and essential matter to get customers' loyalty. This paper examines how banks in Jordan rely on E-marketing to build longlasting relationships with customers and the main factors assigned to understand their bank loyalty. Theoretically, based on the TAM paradigm and online survey of n = 330 respondents, the study found that all the E-marketing factors (e.g., social media features, word of mouth, informativeness) and the two TAM factors (mainly PEU and PU) reported having a positive impact on Jordanians' bank loyalty, suggesting that these factors played a vital role in evaluating the bank services. The possible techniques about the online environment that can practically improve the commitment and loyalty among the banking sector in Jordan are also discussed.

It intends to explore the benefits this relationship may have in enhancing students; leaning and improving their academic performance. To successfully reach its aims, this study proposes a new model aiming at verifying the relationship of social Bookmarking, YouTube Features, Perceived Usefulness, Use of Social Media, on Jordanian students’ academic performance. To verify the validity of the proposed model, data were analyzed using Smart PLS using structural equations modeling (SEM). Data were collected from Yarmouk University in Jordan covering all the levels of study at the university. An electronic questionnaire was conducted for a target of 360 students who participated in this study. The findings of the study revealed that Social Bookmarking, YouTube Features, Perceived Usefulness, Use of Social Media are important factors to predict students’ academic performance in relation to using social networking media for e-learning purposes in Jordan.

This paper aims at exploring the role of employing information and communication technologies in English language acquisition in higher education universities in Jordan; To serve this purpose, where a 12 questionnaire was distributed to teachers of the English language in Jordan from two schools. Findings indicated that information and communication technologies have a positive and important role in the acquisition of the English language among Jordanian students. Furthermore, results indicated that ICT can be one of the promising scholastic technologies to be employed in the learn the English language within Jordan.

Design/methodology/approach: The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the administrative survey was designed to access the data. The study population consisted of (10) major electronic sales outlets located in the city of Irbid, and a random sample of a total of (400) respondents was used. To analyze the data, this study used modern systems, which is the statistical program (SPSS). Findings: The results of the study indicate the positive impact of electronic sales channels on customer response. Research, Practical & Social implications: The study recommended the need, and most importantly, to recommend the adoption of a diversity strategy in e-mail so that companies can access more widespread applications, which increases the interest of the customer and thus is reflected in his purchase decision. Originality/value: Despite the scientific contribution that was evident in this study, we still need more future studies related to electronic sales channels about customer response in other dimensions such as purchasing decisions, sales and marketing performance, customer trust, and customer intention in different commercial and marketing environments.

Theoretical framework: Worldwide public sector companies were facing numerous operational difficulties as a result of the Corona pandemic. Among the most important steps implemented to prevent viral spread are lockdowns and social seclusion. However, strategic management and leadership can support overcoming existing difficulties. Design/methodology/approach: Using an acceptable sample technique, the researchers chose the respondents from among human resource staffers working for public sector organizations. Additionally, regression analysis supported the suggested association between the study variables. Findings: The findings showed a significant positive association between transformative leadership and employees' happiness with their jobs in human resources. Research, Practical & Social implications: It has been discovered that, despite the COVID-19 epidemic, transformational leaders support their teams' productivity, which raises commitment to the organization and employee job satisfaction. Originality/value: Regarding the function of transformative leaders, participants also expressed satisfaction and confidence. The researchers advised undertaking additional research to emphasize the importance of leadership in strategically implementing administrative procedures amid global crises at all levels.

The qualitative research design was used to achieve the objectives. Theoretical framework: Outsourcing model is one of the key business trends experienced in the contemporary business sector. Outsourcing is an organizational operational approach in which a corporation hires a third party to perform planned or ongoing obligations. Whatever the case may be, it entails the transfer of people and assets from one business to another. The approach is concerned with establishing answers to the whys and how's of the research question. Design/methodology/approach: Secondary data was entirely used to assess the research questions. Articles were obtained from the selected databases comprising Google Scholar, Science Direct, Scribed, Scopus, JSTOR, and DOAJ using the keywords. The PRISMA framework was used to appraise the articles and only 13 met the critical. Data was synthesized and analysed using the thematic approach. Findings: Outsourcing models have contributed significantly in enhancing the efficiency of the supply chain. Additionally, SME's have portrayed improved performance after adopting the outsourcing models. This is closely associated and reflected by complimenting resources and capabilities, access to better and qualified personnel, high quality products and services, competitive prices and cost reduction. Research, Practical & Social implications: The incorporation of outsourcing models in hospitality industry is a mandatory exercise in the contemporary business sector Nevertheless, the strategy is instrumental in enhancing supply chain efficiency and improving the entire performance. These components contribute to adopting new trends and dealing effectively with the challenges by introducing, designing, and practically implementing the organizational strategies to improve productivity. This study also highlighted the role of leadership, governance, and management in accelerating organizational productivity. The researcher also proposed a potential mediation of organizational strategies in improving productivity. To empirically investigate the proposed relationship between study variables, the researcher gathered data from n = 230 individuals currently working in the UAE-based private telecom companies. Findings indicated that leadership, governance, and management are significantly playing their role to improve productivity. However, results also showed a mediating role of Organizational Strategies as indirectly affecting the relationship between leadership, governance, management, and improved productivity and strengthening these relationships at maximum level. Thus, the researcher concludes that governance, management, and leadership are the regulating agents of an organization. However, confronting these challenges was easy due to the availability of Information Communication Technology. ICT penetration and usage are largely facilitated especially, in the educational arenas are attaining several benefactions. In the current research, the researcher focused on the Microsoft Team application and the extent to which students accept the e-learning process through it. To achieve the research objectives, the experimental method was adopted by designing an electronic questionnaire distributed among n= 250 students from the College of Languages, University of Jordan. The researcher further executed Structural Equation Modelling for the data analysis and assessing the study model. The results revealed that usability, perceived ease of use, and usefulness, all are major factors that motivate students to use Microsoft Teams Application. As they widely depend on the Microsoft Teams application, it also helps them to continue their educational activities through digital means.

Providing such services simultaneously is a crucial and essential matter to get customers' loyalty. This paper examines how banks in Jordan rely on E-marketing to build longlasting relationships with customers and the main factors assigned to understand their bank loyalty. Theoretically, based on the TAM paradigm and online survey of n = 330 respondents, the study found that all the E-marketing factors (e.g., social media features, word of mouth, informativeness) and the two TAM factors (mainly PEU and PU) reported having a positive impact on Jordanians' bank loyalty, suggesting that these factors played a vital role in evaluating the bank services. The possible techniques about the online environment that can practically improve the commitment and loyalty among the banking sector in Jordan are also discussed.

To successfully reach its aims, this study proposes a new model aiming at verifying the relationship of social Bookmarking, YouTube Features, Perceived Usefulness, Use of Social Media, on Jordanian students’ academic performance. To verify the validity of the proposed model, data were analyzed using Smart PLS using structural equations modeling (SEM). Data were collected from Yarmouk University in Jordan covering all the levels of study at the university. An electronic questionnaire was conducted for a target of 360 students who participated in this study. This paper aims at exploring the role of employing information and communication technologies in English language acquisition in higher education universities in Jordan; To serve this purpose, where a 12 questionnaire was distributed to teachers of the English language in Jordan from two schools. Findings indicated that information and communication technologies have a positive and important role in the acquisition of the English language among Jordanian students. Furthermore, results indicated that ICT can be one of the promising scholastic technologies to be employed in the learn the English language within Jordan.
