Xing1: Aging study: Electrocardiogram for 29 inbred strains of mice (2008)
Xing S, Tsaih SW, Yuan R, Svenson KL, Jorgenson LM, So M, Paigen BJ, Korstanje R. Genetic influence on electrocardiogram time intervals and heart rate in aging mice. Am J Physiol Heart Circ Physiol. 2009 Jun;296(6):H1907-13. Epub 2009 Apr 24. PubMed 19395551 FullText
Notes
Due to the difficulties in determining the exact beginning and ending of the T-wave in conscious mice, automatic software generated values for QT and ST intervals should be used with caution; see Figure 4 in the Xing1 protocol.
