The following numbers were recorded by Phil’s father-in-law, Gordon Mew, on reel-to-reel tape, taken from a session In Cahoots recorded at the BBC Maida Vale studios on 17 Oct 1983, not long after Phil formed the band. It was broadcast on 14 Nov that year on BBC Radio 3’s Jazz Today programme.
