It finally started raining today! Now, while I am a big fan of the sunshine, I prefer our rainy evenings for the fact that it helps to really set the tone of my stories. Not only that, but in my state, the evergreens as well as the grass, and any flowers tend to really pop out. I was very eager to grab my camera and head outdoors to get some shots of the daffodils and the rain in the grass, but my Daleks on the otherhand, wanted nothing to do the project.

So after a bit of convincing, I coaxed them all into the makeshift "spaceship" and transported them outside. My Daleks quickly adjusted and found things to do.

Dalek Skaro II has found a beautiful pair of daffodils and is eager to get to work in helping them grow.

Poor Skaro II watches helplessly as the assault Dalek attempts to exterminate his daffodil.

Unwilling to believe that the only life for a Dalek is evil, Skaro II finds peace by tending to a blossoming daffodil.

After seeing how much fun that Skaro II had up on a fence post, Dalek Skaro elevated to one and tried to see what all the fuss was about. He instantly realised that he stood out against everything and quickly exclaimed, "Dominate! Dominate!"

My poor Dalek, who desperately needs a name, calls out forlornly in the wet grass, trying to find a way back to the box (aka the Dalek spaceship).

Dalek Skaro is unsure of what to do. Should he continue on the dirt path or take a risk by going to where the grass is green?

My poor Dalek is still lost in the grass and is trying to find its mates.

I left Dalek Skaro in the grass for a bit to find the other Daleks, who were trying to scatter on me. However, the minute I turned my back, I heard Skaro exclaiming in a pathetic, garbled voice, "You will pick me up! Obey! Obey!"

He doesn't like the cold, wet dew on the grass.

My Daleks were surprised to find that the United States was not composed entirely of palm trees, white sandy beaches, and bikini clad women. No, no... welcome to Washington my Dalek army!

Supreme Dalek: "Where are we? Where?"
**Assault Dalek: "**We are in America... land of sunshine and outdoor cooking!"
Supreme Dalek: "This is not Hawaii!"
