Parents & Carers In Performing Arts | Our Research (original) (raw)

PiPA is driven by evidence.

Everything we do is underpinned by research and data. This fact-based research makes the case that inclusive access to work in the performing arts is not a ‘nice-to-have’: it is a necessity.

Our research reflects the case that those with caring responsibilities are fundamentally disadvantaged, whilst demonstrating that integrating this workforce improves any artistic organisation’s creativity and productivity.

This research is distilled into the PiPA Charter Programme and Toolkit, the practical resources needed to convert insights into progressive change.
