- See top trends and issues for your app on the reviews analysis page. In the "Highlights" section, you'll see terms and user quotes that surface regularly in reviews written in English.
- See how users update ratings and reviews over time in the "Updated Ratings" section. You can filter ratings by those with and those without replies. Responding to a negative review can increase that rating by an average of +0.7.
- Download your ratings data to perform customized analyses. You can get CSV downloads for your average data and rating distributions.
