This study aims to examine the effect of user technical skills, training and education programs, ... more This study aims to examine the effect of user technical skills, training and education programs, user involvement, and top management support on the performance of accounting information systems. The research population is the SAP application users in the office staff at the PEM Plant in one of the manufacturing companies in Batam City. The total respondents in this study were 39 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method of collecting data is through surveys by distributing questionnaires through google form. Before conducting the research, a pilot test was conducted which was distributed to 30 students who were already working. The result of the research is that the user's technical ability has a positive effect on the performance of the AIS. While training and education programs, user involvement, and top management support have no effect on the performance of the AIS.

Much innovation research focused on the manufacturing sector. Hence, this study aims to fill this... more Much innovation research focused on the manufacturing sector. Hence, this study aims to fill this gap by focusing on exploring innovation in the tourism and hospitality sector. The study method is a systematic literature review of 40 papers related to the topic. The findings show that hospitality and tourism innovation research has been conducted in different countries and continents, mainly in Europe. The research methods used are mostly quantitative and qualitative. Research respondents are mostly from the supply-side (hotel managers or tourism destination managers). Selected articles have been classified and analysed into three review categories: innovation at the company, regional, and innovation typology in general or macro levels. This study implies radical innovation, network collaborative innovation, service innovation, innovation linked with human resources, hospitality innovation, and technological innovation.

There are several variables that can affect job satisfaction, such as the satisfaction with the job, the work environment, leadership and company policies. 195 respondents consisting 41 contract worker and 154 permanent worker, were chosen using purposive sampling method. This data is analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. Results of analyzes generally show that there was no difference in job satisfaction of employees based on agreements between contract worker and permanent worker. As for specifically, differences based on variables that affect job satisfaction showed no difference to the work, the work environment and leadership between contract worker and permanent worker. A questionnaire given to 264 student parents and who returned are 147 a questionnaire. Overall average customer satisfaction SD Kartini 1 is very high, with the score according to criteria 81-100. Variable with very high satisfaction index is product/service (0.88), promotion (0.87), distribution (0.83), process (0.84) and personnel (0.84). The rest is variable satisfaction high index with score 61-80, are physical evidence (0.76) and price (0.78

The purpose of this research are: to know about SFT’s factors of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, to know and analyze about SFT’s competitives profile. The research used quantitative and desciptive method. It’s used to measure internal and external factor and the SFT’s competitive profile. Furthermore composing IE matrix to know the position of the company. The result of this reseach showed that, the main strenght of SFT are physical resources. The main weaknesses of the SFT are location of the port far from city centre and low of market share. Main opportunities for the companies are distance travelled closer to port of Singapore. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method of collecting data is through surveys by distributing questionnaires through google form. Before conducting the research, a pilot test was conducted which was distributed to 30 students who were already working. The result of the research is that the user's technical ability has a positive effect on the performance of the AIS. While training and education programs, user involvement, and top management support have no effect on the performance of the AIS.
