Maps or remote sensing can be interpreted as the process of reading using various sensors where d... more Maps or remote sensing can be interpreted as the process of reading using various sensors where data collected remotely can be analyzed to obtain information about the object, area or phenomenon. In this study, the author develops a flood disaster mapping information system applying overlays with scoring between the parameters. The determinant factors to provide flood hazard levels includes rainfall factors in the dasarian unit, land-use factors and landuse arbitrary factors. Of all these parameters, a scoring process will be carried out by assigning weights and values according to their respective classifications, then an overlay process will be performed using ArcGIS software. The author conducted this study in Nagan Raya Regency since this area experiences flooding annually. Framing a thematic map of flood-prone areas in Nagan Raya Regency was designed using the flood hazard method. Spatial data that has been presented in the form of thematic maps as parameters are land use maps, landform maps, and dasarian rainfall maps (per 10 daily). The design of thematic maps that are prone to flooding is done by overlapping (overlay process). The inverter prototype was designed by using pulse width modulation (PWM) signal generated by EGS002 module, combined with DC voltage source, voltage regulator, MOSFET Bridge and low pass filter. As component assembled, the output voltage quality is determined by the choice of filter components. Experiment shows that the calculated values may not suitable as soldering and connection imperfection may change component values. As adjustments were performed, filter components of 12.63 H and 6.5uf generated the finest sinusoidal output of 30.8 Vpp with frequency of 50.05 Hz.

Rationale: We report a case of anisocoria that occurred after contamination with a scopolamine tr... more Rationale: We report a case of anisocoria that occurred after contamination with a scopolamine transdermal patch, and introduce a diagnostic approach for anisocoria patients. Patient concerns: A 35-year-old woman with no past ophthalmologic history presented to the ophthalmology department complaining of a dilated pupil in the right eye. Corrected visual acuities was 20/20 in both eyes, and the intraocular pressures were 20 and 18 mm Hg in the right and left eye, respectively. The anterior chambers in both eyes were unremarkable on slit-lamp examination. The pupil size was 5.0 mm in the right eye and 2.0 mm in the left eye, and the extraocular muscles of both eyes were intact. Diagnosis: The patient neither did present with facial anhidrosis nor did she present with ptosis. Furthermore, as we did not observe dilatation lag in the smaller pupil, we applied 1% apraclonidine in the left eye in order to rule out Horner syndrome and did not observe dilatation of the pupil. We then applied 0.125% and 1% pilocarpine to exclude oculomotor nerve palsy; however, it could not be ruled out as constriction of pupil to 3.1 mm in the right eye was observed after applying 1% pilocarpine. Moreover, upon further investigation, we discovered that the patient had a scopolamine transdermal patch applied for 2 days prior to the clinic visit. Interventions: Artificial tears were administered and the patient was observed and monitored. Outcomes: The pupil size in the right eye gradually decreased to 4.5 mm on the second day of observation and to 3.6 mm on the fourth day of observation. Lessons: A detailed history of the use of medications such as scopolamine patches in patients with unilateral dilated pupils without vision loss is of utmost importance. We report the exclusion of important diseases using pilocarpine and apraclonidine hydrochloride. It was confirmed that improvement naturally occurs over time.

Because it is considered a normal thing without realizing it can be detrimental, both in terms of time and work. One of the things that often makes the use of draining water less efficient is that the draining of boat water is still done manually with human intervention. So that fishermen are preoccupied with removing puddles of boats and hindering their work. Based on the above problems, this study aims to make a traditional boat water drain control system automatically. This tool functions to control the volume of water in the boat as well as turn on and turn off the water pump engine automatically. This tool is able to remove puddles that enter the fishing boat automatically. The working principle of this tool, if the water hits the sensor ≥ 5 cm, the pump and buzzer will start and if the water doesn't hit the sensor, the pump and buzzer will automatically shut down.

Based on the above problems, this study aims to make a traditional boat water drain control system automatically. This tool functions to control the volume of water in the boat as well as turn on and turn off the water pump engine automatically. This tool is able to remove puddles that enter the fishing boat automatically.
