He asks Admiral de Nyord to present him, disguised, under a false identity to Rizzio, who himself pretends to be the Duke of Loze, on the occasion of the engagement of Yvette, the admiral's daughter, with Nafau's lieutenant. Shortly after, Necker found Rizzio and his accomplices in Monte Carlo who discovered his true identity. They abandon him tied up on a railway track but his life is saved thanks to the vigilance of the train driver. For her part, Yvette surprises Rizzio and his accomplices in the garden of the villa. Her father entrusts her with the documents and the task of alerting her fiancee, whose ship is moored offshore. While Necker and Nafau's lieutenant reach the villa, the bandits flee in a canoe. Nafau's lieutenant and Necker return aboard the lieutenant's ship and the order is given to the gunners to destroy Rizzio's boat. Written by Le Courrier Cinématographique - September 21, 1912 See less
