In order to do this he gets a neighbor to pretend that he is a doctor. The doctor tells Roy's wife that the patient is threatened with a nervous breakdown if he does not have his own way. Accordingly they go back-to-nature, but it is not very long before the plot is discovered and the caveman business changes to cave-woman stuff: she clouts Roy on the head with a big club and drives him home through the city streets.
