Smithy pursues a man seen assaulting another man in a cafe but eventually looses him. The assault victim is not very forthcoming about the reason for the assault. Smithy is worried about Honey when he can't get hold of her. Ramini is getting frustrated as everywhere she goes Margaret turns up. Reg and Tony deal with a man throwing books off a building. Smithy is annoyed with Gina for not telling Okaro about her cancer diagnosis. Margaret is hysterical when she losses her job and blames Ramini. Sam and Terry deal with a case of internet fraud. Ramini tries to get Margaret's job back. PC Dan Casper try's to help a depressed man called Justin. Terry and Sam get trapped in a room full of deadly snakes. It's panic stations for Ramini when Justin is confirmed suicidal and goes missing from the hospital.
