Nacho is a young man who has organized a great house party to celebrate that his parents have gone away on a trip. Paula and Alicia, the host's sister and her friend, are invited to the party without her guardian brother's permission. Nacho and his friend David spike the punch to liven up the party. Soon they obtain the wished effect, though with unexpected consequences. Maca must attend to a boy who suffers from diverse allergies, but his symptoms do not correspond to any of his reactions. Curiously, this boy looks like Julio, a patient who arrives the same day and is the boy's teacher.
