When he fails to find him, he goes looking for Peter so he goes to the station. The man is very ego maniacal that pushes people around and he butts heads with people at the station especially with Frank. Eventually he finds Caine and tells him, he wants him to help his father who is sick. Caine tells him he will see him when he can. The man goes out and runs into Frank and that's when Frank calls him out and they got at it and Frank ends up in the hospital. Caine later tries to help the man's father but he's so sick Caine can't do anything. When his father died, the warlord blames Caine and demands that Caine battle him to the death.
