That property was listed for sale by his main rival, Gina Harper and his last phone call was made to Gina's husband Rupert who is conveniently away in London. Mayo however finds Gina's reaction as well as that of her son Lucas, also a member of the estate company, rather odd and suspects one of them may have had something to do with Ash's death.
