Jade, Laken and Ted suffer from their arrival the strictness and the coarseness of their new professor, Mr Bottoms. Lionel joins Augusta in The Mesa and a very "hot" breakfast. Once they go home, they are interrupted by Lionel's lawyer who reminds him that property auction at the beach takes place in afternoon. Augusta, who was unaware of this news, goes to Peter's office and asks what he knows about this affair. But he refuses to tell her. Peter prefers showing Veronica his recording of his discussion with Mason where Mason calls his father all names. Lionel does not need more time to be in possession of the tape, favoured once again by the discreet involvement of Veronica. Meanwhile, Augusta joins Joe in The Mesa and fears for his greeting when he tells her that the police seem to have found both men who had tried to kill him on his return to Santa Barbara. Mason goes to Santana and finds her on sound 31. He suspects her of going to a brave appointment with Cruz. And yet Santana in fact joins C.C. who takes her for a visit in a helicopter of the region.
