On one or two rambles they are met by Dr. Allen, who falls in love with Julie. He is called in to administer medicine to the niece who has swallowed a toadstool, and presses his suit. Julia undecided, wavers, she begs as a favor that at their next meeting she shall wear a flower in her hair as a sign of encouragement. Undecided what to do Julie is playing with the niece, who unknown to her puts a flower in her hair. The appointment is kept and the doctor seeing the flower, claims the girl as his betrothed and she capitulates. Written by Kinematograph Weekly - January 20, 1910 See less
