Thorne avoids a straight answer and runs off to talk to Taylor. He wonders if he is making a mistake by opening back up to Macy. Taylor reaffirms Thorne's position that he has to make sure that it was not just the alcohol talking in Macy last night. Hopeful for a reunion with her husband, Macy is about to move out of Sly's apartment. Sly warns Macy to not let her hopes get up prematurely. Sly's words of caution plant new seeds of doubt in her head, leading Macy to being tempted to drink again. Sly continues to push Macy's buttons about her insecurities: she takes one sip of Tequila after the other which causes her to fall asleep... Meanwhile, Thorne is anxiously waiting for Macy at the Ocean Club - in vain. Karen shares with Bill that it becomes more and more clear that Thorne does not love her.
