Dan's vague plans to move to a Stellenbosch wine estate are waved by Kate as if disregarding her, so she leaves home to pay for a small home by running finally-pregnant family friends Hugh and Jill Crankshaw's pub. Pete is furious to be dragged along and moves back home with stepdad Dan. Kate stars an affair with hedonistic surfer and cook Caine, but fails to make it work as his inexperienced employer. Dan finds a mature relationship with gallery owner and fellow intellectual wine lover Helen Green. Their charity agenda accidentally makes Pete believe and tell Kate, with whom he's forced to live after a single faux-pas, Dan is getting Alzheimer. It's time to reassess priorities for all. Then mindless Kate drags Cain along on an unprepared whale watching trip. Written by KGF Vissers See less
