Hanna returns to Passway, where she locates Dumont's car, as he leaves, she follows him in a stolen vehicle. Marissa discovers that Sonia isn't in the office and instantly she is suspicious; she calls Sonia and traces her call to Belgium - she's here, after them - Sonia finds Monica, the trialist that Hanna posed as earlier, and she confirms that it was Hanna who took her place. At The Meadows, Carmichael deduces that someone must have cut Clara's implant out. He checks the implants and sees Passway's brand name. He calls Marissa, who then tells Hanna that Utrax are onto her. At The Meadows, Terri begins to make progress with Clara, discovering that her lost mother is the root cause of much of her pain. She decides to show Clara a fake letter, addressed from her mother, which proves that she loved her. Clara begins to break down, and Terri assures her that she has a home here. She is taken to her personalized bedroom where, for the first time, she feels what it is like to have a family. Meanwhile in France, Hanna watches as Dumont hands over the package of drugs to a truck driver who is heading to The Meadows. Dumont catches sight of her and is spooked. Sonia gets the go-ahead to kill Hanna and approaches fast, only to be intercepted by Marissa, who mercilessly takes her out. She then drives to Hanna's rescue, calming the situation with Dumont by posing as Hanna's concerned mother. Together, Marissa and Hanna follow the truck to the ferry terminal, where Marissa receives a call from Carmichael. Recognising his number, Hanna feels betrayed by Marissa and attacks her, leaving her for dead. Finally, Hanna reaches The Meadows and scales the exterior, taking out numerous guards, ready to save Clara - when suddenly - she sees her: Clemency, unrecognizable, but happy. Hanna freezes.
