This red-carpet world premiere features 10 winning screenplays that were turned into movies featuring the writers, producers, directors, actors and crew from the Sacramento region. Nine specialty awards for acting and technical areas are presented. This program also honors Ron Cooper and Martin Anaya, the two founders of the festival, with Hall of Fame recognition.
