Theresa overhears Drew reveal Danny and Michelle's hiding place in San Cristobel and departs to find them. Richard wants to pack Cassie's things to bring to San Cristobel, but Cassie wants to leave all of her past remembrances or Hart behind in Springfield. Jim finds Susan at the beach. He reassures his daughter that his new baby will not be a problem for their family and his wife, Connie, would have wanted he and Susan to be happy had she lived. Noah learns that Phillip has been investigating his financial state and questions Phillip about it. Phillip continues to try and convince Noah to become Lizzie's doctor. At first Noah refuses, but have Edmund persuades Noah to revisit Lizzie's case, he agrees to be her physician. Beth thanks Edmund for getting Noah to see Lizzie a second time.
