A 26 year old female covered in a black sheet with mysterious origins baffles the Auto Crime officers. Breaking with protocol and quickly realizing they may have bitten off more than they can chew the case takes a dramatic turn when the Commanding officer Inspector Sosa arrives on the scene demanding to know how the two officers got wind of the crime and why they neglected to properly follow procedure. As they are dismissed the officers pay a visit to the buildings security office only to realize there are seems to be a puppet master pulling strings around the investigation.
