The man who shot Annaijh Monique Rolax turns out to be a hardcore criminal named Jason Ardis, who went by the nickname "Black." He received life in prison. Case Two: On January 5, 2005, construction workers find the body of a young victim, 15-year-old Shawn Powe, who has been shot twice and left in plain sight of a shortcut to school that his classmates frequently take. The killer turns out to be 19-year-old Quentin Cooks, who is sentenced to life in prison.See less
