Jean Leco wants to push through the World League with the help of dubious financier Casutt, but loses control of three renegade councilors: Jeanne Awona, Mohan Birla and Dung Tan Nguyen. In Berlin, Marcel stumbled upon a lead from his friend's widow that led him to a gym in the Russian hooligan scene. Marcel manages to gain the trust of leader Mikhail and a job there.
