This drives the Countess to an intrigue herself, and on pretext of going to Versailles, she meets and drives away with her admirer. The train she is supposed to have caught is wrecked, and the Count reads that his wife is among the victims. He rushes away to the scene of the accident, and identifies one of the bodies as that of his wife. The shock drives him mad, and he is only cured by the Countess appearing before him, when a reconciliation is effected. Written by Kinematograph & Lantern Weekly - July 6, 1911 See less
