Koli is having doubts about himself being on campus, especially as John, who he feels is more deserving, is no longer there. The contestants learn that for this week, they will now be weighing in as individuals as opposed to teams, two contestants will be sent home (the one with the lowest percentage of weight loss, plus one of the next two who will be voted home), and in the spirit of the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympics that they will be training at the US Olympic Training Center much like Olympic athletes do. As a pop challenge, the contestants are required to 500 slides on a slide board (mimicking a speed skating maneuver), with a gold, silver and bronze medal awarded to the top three finishers. Those three get an advantage at the reward challenge, which is styled along the lines of a biathlon. The winner of the reward challenge gets immunity at this week's weigh-in. Because of the travel to and from the Olympic Center and the higher fat food available there, the contestants are all concerned about this week's weigh-in. Following the weigh-in, the two contestants below the yellow line receive a surprise. Written by Huggo See less
