Sheila is reluctant. Later, Molly gives Eric a call and expresses that it would mean a lot to her if her daughter came for a visit. Eric is very understanding and wonders why Sheila would ignore her mother's concerns. Taylor shares with Jack that alarm bells ring for her due to Brooke's closeness to Ridge; she also reveals that her husband walked out on her because she shared a kiss with James in Scotland. In Elgin, put on the spot by the pushy innkeeper, James - who has been bonding with his father Damon - admits to Maggie that he is very fond of Taylor and misses her presence. Stephanie realizes that Ridge slept in the den for the night.
