Jake warns Molly not to mix, but of course she does. Violet confides in Molly; Violet's mother decides not to return to England. This causes panic, as Mrs. Kramer is returning from vacation and will have no where to live. Molly tries to contact Violet's husband and they discover that he has gone to study abroad in London.
