But upon arrival he finds nothing but scores of dead Gorgons, all wiped out by a virus outbreak. A surviving female is eventually found, and Sincline captures her while she buries her dead child. The Gorgon is made into a Beastman on Galra, and is sent to Altea to fight Golion. But during the battle, the Gorgon captures Shorty and disappears with him, she believes him to be her child.
