She first makes contact with the lead singer -- now an accountant floundering through his 20s -- by taking over the body of a dead coworker. When they meet at a dive bar in Manhattan, Jordyn (alien) and Hershey (lead singer) are immediately drawn to each other, recognizing the same feelings of angst, the same need for adventure.
