Diane accuses Nikki of stealing the sperm sample, just as Nikki accuses Diane of taking advantage of her split from Victor. Victor's arrival puts an end to the heated argument. Nikki who is baffled why Victor would send her flowers and then continue to play nice with Diane of all people abruptly leaves. Over at Jabot, Jill, John and Jack hold a meeting regarding a possible expansion. Later, Jack shows up at the Lodge to spy on Ashley's date. Sharon encourages Nick not to give up with his father as Victor will eventually come around. Neil explains to Malcolm that Olivia is losing her patience with him and Callie. Michael informs Olivia that she will not get full custody of Nate unless there is a police report on the incident at the photo studio. Olivia heads over to Malcolm's apartment and confronts Callie.
