However, the Brotherhood's Grand Master is murdered and Jake's brother-in-arms Chan becomes the new Grand Master, ordering the master, ordering the Black Storm to be hunted and killed to recover the stone. After 10 years in captivity, Jake returns to his hometown and reunites friends Nathan and Lise. But a series of crimes perpetrated by Chan's by Chan's killer, Jeff the Killer. Jake leads the investigation and joins forces with Superintendent James Maclintoc to find the killer. He meets up with Wong, the shadow of the Black Storm, who leads him to Jeff.
