Daniel refuses to go along with it and points out that Brady wouldn't leave John's side while he is fighting for his life. Kristen ends up leaving Daniel with her henchmen who begins beating Daniel. Daniel ends up being able to overtake the henchmen and turns the tables on Kristen. Victor tells E.J. that he wants to hire him as a consultant. E.J. basically laughs in Victor's face until Victor reveals that the proposal Kate came to him earlier with was selling two subsidiaries of DiMera to Victor. Abigail arrives at the DiMera mansion to confront Sami over losing her job. Abigail realizes that Sami is set on revenge because she is scared of E.J.'s true feelings for her. Abigail points out how much more in common she and E.J. have over him and Sami. E.J. arrives home and confronts Sami about the sale of the companies worrying that Sami is throwing the children's inheritance away. Sami stops E.J. telling him that her children don't need his families blood money and he was the one the ruined their family. Abigail arrives at Club TBD and fills Ben in on Sami getting her fired from the hospital. Will gets Kate to reveal important information about her and Sami's plans for DiMera to use in his article. Jordan gives Clyde money hoping it will get rid of him. Clyde accepts the money but tells Jordan that he wants more than money from her and Ben.
